shenbuvIyad Assad Ahmad Abu Shalbaya, who was killed in a joint Israeli military-Shin Bet raid in the West Bank town of Tulkarm early Friday, was sought as deputy chief of the Hamas cells responsible for the murder of four Israelis near Hebron on Aug. 30.
